The Meije is a mythical summit in the alps because there is famous routes on the south and north face. We programme suggest to turn auround this summit for 5 days and finally climb the estern summit 3891m. The easiest way is already a difficult ski tour. A good ski touring/backcoutry skiing experience is required as well as walking with crampon. You meet this necessary conditions we invite to contact us for more precision.

J1: Villar d'Arène, climb to the refuge de l?Alpe

J2: Climb to Adèle Planchard refuge

J3: Climb la Grande Ruine and go through the cols des Neiges and the Casse de Déserte and after an impressive slope we'll reach La Chatelleret.

J4: Climb to the Promontoire refuge (possibility to climb col du Pavé)

J5: Clim through the brêche de la Meije after a slope and a traverse below the north face of la Meije we'll climb the Serret du Savon an reach the Aigle refuge

J6: We'll climb the estern sommit of La Meije 3891m before to ski down the glacier de l'Homme to Villar d'Arène.
